RULES AND REGULATIONS

All Students must abide by the College Rules, Regulations, Policies and Guidelines as may be announced by the College Administration from time to time.

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
Students and their parents/representatives are forbidden from addressing directly to the Trustees or the members of the State
Board of Technical Education or the university.
All the students have to attend all four sessional examination conducted in the college which will be conducted two sessional per year.
Students have to fill the registration form till 31st October every year after clearing all the dues.
Students have to fill the examination form 01 months prior after clearing the dues.
Hospital Training is mandatary for all the students ans students have to bear the charges extra for the training which is not included in the tuition fee.
Fees paid to the college is non refundable.
Students fails to pay the college fees for consecutive two months his name will cut off from the college readmission will be only on management decision which will be on chargeable ground.
Student will abide and follow all the rules and regulation laid by the Council and the college and obediently maintain and help to maintain discipline in the college.
Students have to prepare his practical copy and assignment work on time and will get it verified by the concerned faculty and if any discrepancy found will be liable to appropriate action from the department.
Students have to attend at least 80% of classes to be eligible to appear in the examination.
College is not taking any responsibility to arrange for exam setting nor we are giving guarantee to help student pass the examination.
Bonafide certificate for scholarship will be issued by the college to only those students who have attended the classes regularly and his/her attendance in the class is 80%.
College will accept fees only through online medium and student have to get his receipt of fee payment from the college fee counter within 7 days of online payment made thereafter issue of fee realization will not be entertained.
On ground of any change in the communication details as provided by the student during the time of admission he/she have to inform to the institute in written failing same college will not be liable for any loss of information and student will not claim for any such loss.
Student will not damage the college property and if found guilty, College may take appropriate action against the erring student.
Consumption of alcohol or any other intoxicant and smoking etc. is strictly prohibited in the institute as well as hostel. The guilty students shall be liable for punishment and disciplinary action which may include expulsion/suspension from the institution or hostel or imposition of fine or all of these punishments.
Ragging of any form is strictly banned. Ragging is criminal offence as per the ruling of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and FIR shall be registered against the students indulging in this crime.

RULES FOR IDENTITY CARD

Every student will be issued an ID card after the admission process is over.
Every student must be in possession of Identity card with him/her. Failure to produce the identity card on demand by the competent authority will lead to disciplinary action.
Loss of identity card must be reported to the Principal immediately and a new card will be obtained within a week, with cost.
DRESS CODE
In order to inculcate a sense of simplicity, uniformity and equality in the minds of the students, they are required to wear uniform on the following days/occasions :
On all days of week
On formal functions of the institute.
On Industry-Institute interactions/ Educational tours etc.
The prescribed uniform is as follows:
Boys : White open collar and half/tucked up sleeves shirt, Dark Blue trousers, Institute's neck Tie bearing Institute's logo and Black Leather Shoes along with white socks.
Girls : White open collar and half/tucked up sleeves shirt, Dark Blue trousers, Institute's neck Tie bearing Institute's logo and Black Leather Shoes along with white socks.
